Frequently Asked Questions

  • No referral is required to begin physical therapy in Utah. As a direct access state, you can see a licensed physical therapist without needing to visit a doctor first. This allows you to start care quickly and address the root of your issue without unnecessary delays.

  • We do not accept insurance—and that’s actually to your benefit.
We operate as a cash-based practice so that we can treat the whole body, not just what insurance will approve. This model gives us the freedom to focus on long-term results rather than short-term symptom relief.
    Without insurance limitations, we can:

    • Spend more one-on-one time with you

    • Use holistic methods not typically covered by insurance

    • Customize your care plan based entirely on your needs—not paperwork or red tape

Clients often find that they make faster progress and require fewer visits compared to traditional insurance-based PT.

  • We accept multiple convenient payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Credit/debit card

    • Venmo

Payment is collected at the time of service, and we’ll provide you with a receipt upon request if you’d like to submit it to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
