Our Mission

At AIMwell, we help you conquer pain and restore functional movement through personalized, root-cause physical therapy and integrated wellness coaching. Our approach blends neuromuscular rehab with science-backed lifestyle changes to optimize movement, metabolic health, and long-term function. Our AIM—Autonomy, Integrated Wellness, and Meaningful Outcomes—means lasting results without gimmicks or symptom-chasing. We teach you how to heal, move better, and live stronger—for life.

  • We don’t treat symptoms. We find and fix the root cause. Our rehab process starts with a full-body movement screen to uncover hidden dysfunctions and neuromuscular imbalances—often far from where the pain shows up. Using principles of neuromuscular physiology, we restore proper muscle activation, improve mobility, and reduce pain at its source. No guesswork. No cookie-cutter programs. You get a targeted, personalized plan designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free—for good.

  • We don’t just treat you—we teach you. Our coaching is designed to make you independent, not dependent. Through weekly check-ins, we guide you in mastering the fundamentals of movement, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. The goal is simple: build lifelong habits that restore health, prevent injury, and optimize performance—without needing constant supervision. You’ll gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of your well-being—long after our work together ends.

  • True healing goes beyond rehab. At AIMwell, we take a whole-body approach—blending traditional wisdom with science-backed habits that support your body’s natural ability to heal. We focus on what the body truly needs: natural environment, daily movement, functional exercise, and ancestral nutrition. These elements reduce inflammation, restore balance, and build lasting resilience. This isn’t a quick fix—it’s a sustainable way of living. We help you integrate these practices into your daily routine so you can take control of your health and thrive long-term—naturally.

  • We measure success by reaching your goals—not by arbitrary insurance metrics. At AIMwell, our goal is to help you do what matters most—whether that’s hiking again, playing with your kids, or simply feeling energized and pain-free to be productive at work. We focus on real-world outcomes that improve your daily function and quality of life. Your progress is personal. We’re here to help you move freely, live fully, and thrive—on your terms.

Meet Our Staff

Colton Boyd

Founder | PT, DPT, One80

Colton received a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from the University of Florida and a doctorate in physical therapy from the Rocky Mountain University in Provo. Before becoming a physical therapist, he worked as a strength coach and personal trainer—both experiences shaped his functional approach to rehabilitation.

Colton set out to become a physical therapist with the goal of helping people heal naturally through movement and lifestyle changes. During his education and early career, he recognized that traditional physical therapy often focuses on alleviating symptoms rather than addressing the root causes of movement dysfunction. Determined to correct this approach, he founded AIMwell to help individuals restore function and learn the correct movement patterns for lasting health.
